    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return within one month for non-buyer reasons, free return label and full refund guarantee.The buyer's reason usually includes the buyer's subjective feeling or awareness (for example, the buyer feels that the buyer doesn't like this product, or regrets it after the seller has shipped it), artificial damage, etc. The return caused by the seller generally has the quality of the product, the damage caused by the delivery and other reasons.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Xipex warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
